... Herivel and party have finished a crushing of If tons of stuff at Bull's mill for the yield of 5 ounoes of gold. Bice, Graham .and party, have, got fifteen feet to drive to cvi the No. 1 lode. The ground is first-rate for rapid working* and the tributers expect to be up to the lode this week. Wayte and party are at present sinking a winze to connect the Nos. 3 and 4 levels on the No. 2 leader near the boundary of the New Exchange section, and are getting good gold. Their leader has recently increased in site to two feet and really looks well., Kendall and party, who were doing' very well a short time back, are sinking a winse on the No. 4 leader, and see gold frequently* but as the gas is troublesome, they have started to lay 150 feet of air pipes, and erect a fan. Tregoweth and. party are rising on the specimen leader, and have been getting some good stone. They will be crushing this week, and expect a good return. ' ■ ;
