Monday. Messrs Sharp and Pickering report a sale of two acres ia which Watkins' house lately stood together with the ruins of the house, for £1C65, to Mr Bish, of Nelson.
The steamer Wallace brought the iVJ er> lin's crew. The schooner was carried by a strong flood tide on to the rocks, and sunk shortly after.
