The Oominittee of the Chamber of Comnifirce today instructed their secretary to bring under the.notice of the Minister of Justice & defect in the Debtors' aod Creditors' Act of 1876, whereby the secured creditor, no mat er what the amount of his claim, is pi-actically precluded from voting at meetings of creditors. The secretory wo,s also instructed to procure camples of wool to f( ward to Moncktou Synr.ot, of Melbourne, for the inspection of Japanese CLmmissioners.
