This day.
A movement is on foot in the Assembly to give Sir Julius Vogel a testimonial for his services ti the colony. It is proposed to set aside 5000 acres of land for the benefit of his children.
The Hon. J. Sheehan has been confined to his bed for several days, but he attended a Cabinet meeting to day.
Arrangements are being made for the installation of Dr Johnston.
