CHRISTCHURCH.
Thursday. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, Matilda Simmons, known in the theatrical world as Tilly Andrews, applied for a protection order "or her property and earnings, on the ground of her husband's neglect and gross cruelly. On the application of the defendant, the case was adjourned till Tuesday, in order to enable the defendant's solicitor to be present.
