CROWN PRINCESS.

To-day the contractors driving south at the bottom level intersected a dropper of the No. 2 lode, which, it is expected, is now but five or six feet ahead, and should be cut before to-morrow. The dropper referred to is eight or ten inches thick, and has some very likely looking mineral in it. The manager expects that the specimen leader in the north drive will be cut shortly—probably withia the next 15 or 20 feet of driving. None of the tribute parties are crushing just now, but Downie and party expect to start this week, when a good return is anticipated.
