This day.

A fire took place at John Cameron's at Spylaw, on Saturday evening. Large stables and a chafF house were totally destroyed ; also, four hundred bushels of oats. Insured in the Victoria for, £150; estimated loss £4C3. The origin of the fire is unknown. It is supposed that no one was in the building from noon, and the last persons to leave the stable did not smoke or use matches. This is the fourth similar case of fire in this district in a few months, where stables have been destroyed and no cause could be assigned for the outbreak. All were insured in the Victoria office. ,
