Their reef is now about one and a-half feet thick and aver ages rather under an ounce per ton, which however, as stuff can be got to the Coulabah battery cb aply leaves a fair margin of profit. Thiir return of 23 ounces 3 dwts was the produce of 33 tons of stuff crushed at Mr Somerville's battery.
