Mr Eichmond Hursthouse, M.HE., writes to the Cbairir in of the Education Board asking .his opinion regaiding the voting powers given under clause 65 of the Education Act. Mr Hursthouse says:—" I can hardly believe that 78 men, myself included, could let such an extraordinary^provision be made."
