Through traffic on tho^ 'Dunedin arid Waikovaiti line has been suspended, Hy the injury occasioned by the rain fall.
In consequence, of a recent I'ecision cf the Eesident Magistrate, the urderwriters of the s.s. Express, which was wrecked neat Hivertou seme time ago, have under ccnsidTa I i t'ae q^sstion of bringing an action for va'ue cf vessel against vendos of a/laim which : cenily proved the subject of aci?on of the Dn edm District Court.
