In i.he Supreme Court to-day tae jadge refused to grant a certificate of complete execution of the deed of assignment in Meyers' estate, on the ground thai the power of atyor py'did not empower a soli, citor to attest the deed. A new deed will be necessary.
•In the ct.se of Arthur versus the- W.i-, kato Steam Navigation Company, the Court refused the application for a new trial.
The Presbyteriars to-day decided that Mr and Mrs Unthank must make their peace witH the congregation at the Thames; or be cxc uded.
