Monday.
The ketch Margaret, which left here seven weeks ago tor the Amuri (Bluff), has returned to port to-day. She was driven off the land, and experienced a succession of gales. The crew endured great pri visions/ The allowance of food was reduced to two potatoes and an eggcap full of water each for' ten days. For five days they were without food or water. On Saturday the schoner Cora of Dunedin, gave them provisions, and on Sunday the schooner sighted thenv Captdn B»xfer stood by the ketch all night, and to^ved her into harbor this morning. The Margaret is not damaged at all. The loss she sustained was that of her head sr'l.
