There are serious riots amongst the strikers at Blackburn. The military hare been called out.
A destructive earthquake occurred at Venezuela ; six hundred persons killed. Vienna, May 15. At yesterday's sitting of the Hungarian Chamber of Deputies, there was a debate on the Eastern question, when the President of the Hungarian Ministry said the Government had lately found it necessary to take further precautions for the conservation of Austro-Hungarian interests. They had strengthened her troops on the northern, southern, and eastern frontiers.
