WARDEN'S COURT.

THIS DAY.

(Before W. Fraser, Esq., Warden.) GEOBGE V. NESBIT AND ANOTHEB.

This was a plaint brought against the defendants, registered owners of the Little Angel claim, Moanatairi, for failing to bona fide work the same, wherefore the complainant claimed to be put into possession. Mr Macdonald for plaintiff. J. R. George, sworn, deposed—l am a miner, and hold a miner's right. I know the Little Angel claim, Moanatairi. It has not been worked for more than a month. F. J. Burgess, clerk to Mining Registrar, sworn, deposed — I produce the register of the Little Angel claim. It was registered on the 22nd February, 1877. Nesbit and Johnston are the registered owners. Ordered that the clpim be forfeited, and an order be given to plaintiff to take possession. Court adjourned.
