DR. KILGOUR'S MEETING.
(To the Editor of the Evening Stab.)
Sib, —Having read your report of the meeting at the Academy of Music on Wednesday evening last, I desire to express to you thus publicly my appreciation of the general fairness and accuracy with which it has been given, and farther to say that it seems to me matter for regret that a report so generally good should have failed to notice the final act of the meeting, viz., three cheers for the Mayor, and thro groans for the Press.—l am, &c, James Kilgoub. Thames, May 17th, 1878. -_■•"
