The Intercolonial Telegraph Conference met to-day. Mr Berry was chairman. Sir James McCulloch has retired from political life. This day. Mr Craig contests Warrnambool in the interest of the Government against Mr Francis. The Cable Conference decided that each colony should have one vote irrespective of the number of representatives.
