Monday. The Supreme Court was opened this morning by Judge Gillies. The following cases are for trial:—Samuel Henry Barriball, for an unnatural offence; Makarita, a native woman, arson; Thomas Quinlivanj horse stealing; George Paveral, horse stealing; Lennox, horse stealing. The jury found no bill in Barriball's case. Lennox, for horse stealing, was found guilty ; Faveral, horse stealing, pleaded guilty. Sir John Coode leaves by coach tomorrow for Fatea.
