AUCKLAND.
This day. At the Bank of New Zealand halfyearly meeting today the report showed the net profit at the 31tt March, after making all deductions, £82,567. Balance from last half-year £1,790. Total £84,353; which is disposed of thus: dividend and bonus of fifteen per cent., £64,375; increase of reserve fund, £25,000; balance to new account, £4,983. The dividend will be payable at the head office tomorrow. The aggregate .balance sheet shows debtor and credit amounting'to ten millions five hundred and fifty thousand (£10,650,000.)
