AUCKLAND.
This day.
At forty minutes past two this morning a fire broke out at Newton in a two storey block comprising Hansen's Queen Hotel. The hotel and cottage were destroyed. Mona View was insured in the New Zealand Company for eight hundred pounds; the hotel stock and furniture insured in the Phoenix for two hundred; the building for two hundred and fifty pounds. ***'
