PRINCE ALFRED MILL.

This battery continues to be fully employed. Men are hard at work enlarging

the batter j by the addition of 6 berdans, and in a day or so they will be ready for use. Formerly the small number of berdans available caused considerable delay from the time taken in putting through tailings, <tc, so that the recent additions are much required improvements.
