CHRISTCHURCH.
Sunday. The funeral of Brother F. W. Thiele, P.D.D.G.M. of Freemasons, end founder of the Canterbury lodge, occurred to-day. It was attended by about 500 members of the Order in regalia, representing the lodges. Fom all parts of the province special trains were laid ou, iucludng one from Timaru. The funeral was witnes-ed by s«vera! thousands of persons, and the cemetery was crowded. t
