Eraser may think that he has got a secret enemy somewhere, and may possibly blame some innocent person for being such: and, as I do not like to be blamed "for the sins of others, I do not wish that others' should ba blamed for any- opinions expressed by me.. I, therefore,, request, that, yon will inform Capt. P.. of 1 the real, name' of the writer of the letter a Dove'referred to, should he think it worth wlilc\to ask. I may also st.te that I still hold the same views as expressed-in mine o£ the'9th inst.—l am, &c, i^r-'^vnuMi'.'
