RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT
THIS DAY. (Before W. Fraser, Esq., 8.M.) DKUUKENKEBB. One person was charged with being drunk and incapable in Willoughby street, Thames, on the 3rd inst. He pleaded guilty. Mr Bullen stated that the defendant had just come out of prison after undergoing 12 mouths' imprisonment. Fined 10a, and costs, or 24 hours' imprisonment. FIOHTO<J IN THB BTBBET. Two men were charged with a breach of the Vagrant Act, 1869, by behaving in a public place, to wit, Owen street, Thames, whereby a breach of the peace was occasioned. ; The defendants —one of whom appeared in Court in a very much damaged condition —pleaded guilty. Fined 20s and costs each, or in default 7 days' imprisonment. Court adjourned.
