WEST COAST.
A crushing of 4 loads was finished on Saturday at Bull's battery for the tributers Smith and party for the handsome return of 4H-ozs of gold. HOPEFUL. Howe and party crushed 261bs of specimens at Bull's mill on Saturday for the yield of 18ozs gold. SHANNON AND FERGUS. A crushing of 6 tons bas been finished at the Waitelrauri mill for the satisfactory return of Bozs 14dwts gold. BOADICEA'. A crushing from this mine has produced 12dwts gold. PRINCE IMPERIAL. This company has now about 4cwt of specimens and picked stone at the Bank of New Zealand for safe keeping, about lewt having been banked today. Some of the stones were exhibited on the bank counter and were really splendid, and estimated to be worth at the rate of from 4 to 6ozs per pound.
