This day
A fatal accident under cuvious circumstances has occurred at Golden Bay. Thomas Scott was playing seesaw—that is, standing back to back with another man with their arms hooked, each alternately raising the other—when the man who was lilting Scott gave way under him, and Scott fell on the .back of his head, breaking his neck. Scott's wife committed suicide by shooting herself three years ago, owing to the brutal treatment of her husband.
