Saturday. The Lyttleton Harbor Board hare instructed this engineer to prepare plans and specifications for a graving dock. A letter appears in the Times to-day from Mr Webb, Chairman, of the Match Committee of the Otago Association, denying the charge that obstacles hare been raised by the Otago cricketers to the annual match with Canterbury, and asserting that the Otago Association hare been most anxious to arrange a match at such a date as would be most convenient to the Canterbury players.
