Mr Robertson, at Mudgee, yesternight, said he was opposed to the remission of the interest on the free ■electors* balances, and also to the stop* page of action on the sales. He considered the squatters' rent should be increased. Sunday. An official telegram, dated London, Friday, says that meetings throughout the country for many days urged a neutrality policy on the Government. The Queen's speech being in conformity with such generally manifested opinion has had a rery tranquilising effect. Mkieoubne, January 19.
