The No. 3 winze which I referred to yesterday has broken through into the 150-feet level, and thus establishes a connection between the two levels west of No. 2 winze, and leaves a large block of the No. 9 reef available for stoping out. In the-tunnel there is nothing fresh to report with: the exception that the country is a little easier. - ,
