Tho last Eussian bridge over the Dauubo has been broken, and communication between Bulgaria and Eoumania is suspended in consequence.
The Turkish commander defending Nissahas made proposals of surrender.
The Channel fleet and the ships under repair have been put in commission. They are all ordered to be ready for sea by the 16th inst.
Count Andrassy, according to the Government organ at Pesth, states that Austria is forced temporarily to join the Triple Alliance, but will support England the moment she decides upon a resolute policy.
