This day. There has been considerable excitement here over Eeefton mining stocks for the last week. Leading stocks, such as Hopeful, Welcome, Fiery Cross, Golden Fleece, Wealth of Nations, are advancing in favor. Many parcels of outside scrip have changed hands at advanced rates. The brokers are doing a large business. One speculator is reported to have made three thousand pounds during the past six weeks.
