DUNEDIN.
Tuesday. In the Supreme Court this afternoon a rule was granted calling upon W. J. G. Larnach to shew cause why he should not be committed for contempt of Courc for having, as alleged, gone to Australia to escape examination in the case of Chalmers Bros, against Clark and others re the Moa Flat Station.
