QUEEN OF BEAUTY.
Retorting took place at the company's battery on Saturday for the fair return of 206 ounces gold. A retorting also took place at the Piako mill, when 130 ounces was obtained, thus making the total yield
of tbe fortnight's operations 3360zs retorted gold. The amount was melted at the Bank of Now Zealand to-day, and reduced to 3290zs 15dwts gold.
