OHINEMURI.

(feom a coeeespokdent.)

Paeboa, Saturday.

There is not much in the way of _ news.. The number of men on the Komata road is to be increased, so as to effect a much needed improvement. A good number of Natives have arrived to be in attendance at the Lands Court* which, I hear, is to be opened on Tuesday. The recent rains have left the roads in a frightful state. The Mackaytown and Waitekauri track is to be improved at once, by a few ihen being put on by the County Council. The men are expected to comnrnce operations on Monday. I expect there will.be a little more stirring next weekj during' the; sitting of the Native Lands Court.
