GOLDEN CROWN.
The crushing for the tributers, Girvan and party, at the Kuranui battery is shaping for a first-class return. The section is also looking first-class, and some idea of the richness of the lode can be formed from the fact that yesterday on their " panning off " a dishful of loose dirt they obtained a spoonful of gold. That was a good prospect and no mistake. ■ ■
