THIS DAY. (Before W. Fraser, Esq., R.M.) DRUNKENNESS. Matia (a Native) was charged with being drunk and incapable in Pollen street on the Bth instant. Defendant pleaded guilty, and was fined 10s or 24 hours' imprisonment. BBEACH OF BY-LAW. Frank Stevens (a boy) was charged with a breach of By-law JNo. 3, see. 28, Borough of Thames, by allowing one horse to wander at large in Grey street, Thames. Defendant pleaded guilty, and was fined 2s fid and costs. This was all the business.
