I am informed, this company has now become entirely possessed of the Owharoa battery recently the property of Mr Perry. Some time ago they purchased a half share in the battery giving in payment both money and shares in the company. Now the company have become possessed of the other half share on the condition of "their paying Mr Perry 2s 6d for every ton crushed. ■
