Bluff, Saturday. Melbourne, May 21. The new Ministry consists of all the old members of the former Berry Government. Mr Service and Mr Casey declined to join, but promised a friendly support. The House will not be able to meet for actual business for fire or six weeks owing to the Ministerial re-elections. . The Berry and Davies scandal was coreluded by the latter accepting an apology which has not been published, and he will be again a candidate i for the Chairmanship of Committees. > .Several" of the new members will, it is said, be petitioned against. Blackham, elected for Sandhurst, is an uncertificated bankrupt, and cannot take his seat, which therefore belongs to Angus McKay, the next highest on the poll. The weather is unsettled.' Several shipping casualities are reported along the coast. . .'. ■ - ■■■■ * ■ ■ •■. •■■■■' -■•■.■■-■■'• Lyznar, the post and telegraph manager at Belfast, was arrested for embezzlement. Sands, an accountant of the Bank of Victoria, has committed suicide by drowning in a fit of temporary insanity. Business is dull.
