NEW MORNING STAR.

This mine will soon be able to get properly at work as now the cleaning out of the working is nearly completed. The work that will be pushed- ahead will be the putting in a drive from the Golden Calf shaft to connect with the company's shaft. In the meanwhile the drive being put in from the Caledonian shaft will be making progress. When the work is completed it will not only drain the country, but afford facilities for opening up the mine.
