The meteor referred to in a telegram from Auckland yesterday was seen in Lyttleton, Constable Bulles states that about 1 30 a.m. on Tuesday he saw an immense meteor pass along the sky, appearing to rem-iin stationary in mid heaven several seconds, then pass southward.
