One man was charged with being drunk and incapable in Owen street, Grahamstown, on the 28th ihst., but he was on bail, and/failed to appear, and consequently his bail was forfeited. .. TTNBEGHSTEBED DOGS. Henry Sims was charged.with unlawfully allowing a dog to be at large at Thames on the 25th inst. Defendant pleaded guilty, and was fined 5s and costs. Charles Macdonald was also charged with allowing a dog to be at large On the 25th inst. . ..-..,. , Mrs Macdonald appeared for her husband and pleaded guilty. Fined 5s and costs. Court adjourned.
