County Council shall, for the purpose of this ByLaw, mean and include persons disposing of Goods or Wares, (other than those of their own manufacture or production) from house to house. (2). For each such iicense,\if dated in February or July, or any intermediate month, the applicant, shall pay a fee of £1 Is. Od., and for licenses otherwise dated, a fee of one half of that sum. ' (5).
