Hape Creek G.M.Co.

The shareholders of this company met last night at the Mechanics' Institute. There was a fair attendance of shareholders, and Mr Kenshaw took the chair. It was resolved to form the company with a capital of £SOGD in 10,000 shares of 10s each, nil paid up. Messrs Driver, Thomas; Douglas, Darrow, and Carpenter were elected to constitute the board of directors. Mr B. McDonald Scott was appointed legal manager, and the Sank of New Zealand was appointed company's bankers. A vote of thanks to the Chairman concluded the meeting.
