Golden Calf.
A meeting bf shareholders of the Golden Calf was held at the office of Mr D. G. MacDonnell to-day—Mr Ronald Macdonald in the chair. It was decided to form a company to work the mine, under the name of the Old Golden Calf, with a nominal captital of £2O,CCD, in 10,000 shares of £2- each, £l paid up. Rules were adopted, and the following gentlemen were appointed directors:—Messrs Ronald Macdonald, Robert Wilson, Win. Murdock, Mathew Delany, Peter Brown. Mr D. G. MacDonnell was appointed legal manager.
