RED QUEEN.

The crushing which has been iv progress for the last week or sb at the Tararu battery was brought to a close yesterday by the retorting, which produced the satisfactory return of 1250zs 17dwtsgold. For this return 92 tons of general and about 701bs. of picked stuff were crushed, the latter helping the return to.a very appreciable extent.
