Accident on Board the Rotomahana.

An accident occurred this morning to a man of the name of George Bowers at the wharf. He was employed' on board the Eotomahana and. engaged in discharging cargo when his left hand was caught in a cog-wheel. The forefinger of the ihand was broken, and the hand badly crushed. Bowers was taken to the hospital, where the injured hand was dressed and attended to. The accident will prevent him from following his occupation for some, time to come.'
