London, January 19. —Stringent regulations have been.issued concerning the importation of cattle, sheep and goats from German}', France and Belgium, in consequence of an outbreak of the rinderpest. Denmark and the Netherlands will be included in these restrictions, unless the importation and transit of German beasts is prohibited. In Germany measures have been taken to prevent the rinderpest from spreading. Behlin, January 20.—The rinderpest has appeared in this cty.
