As Mr McLoughrey and party will complete their contract for extending the northern cross-cut this week, during Ihe last few. days tenders have been received for letting another contract for its. further extension. The time for the reception of tenders expired at noon fo-day, and at that time several tenders were in. The iron work for the new balance-bob at the 300 feet level will soon be ready. .;
