General Notices " STAMP ACT,' 1875." TBANSFEHS OF SHARES. "I T is hereby notified, that, after the Ist o 1 January 1876, tha use of Impressed Stamps upon Transfers of Shares is compulsory, but transfers of Bhai-es may be stamped ut.a Stamp Office by the Commissioner or a Deputy Commissioner within one month after execut'on.without a. fine. Managers and Secretaries of Companies, Shnrebrekers, and o'hers interested, are recommended to forward, without delay, such forms of transfer na they may require to be impreesed, accompanied by the usual requisi* ' lion and receipt from the Bank of New Zealend for amount thereof, less the authorised discount.
