The Black Reef Company struck gold in a small leader nest to the black reef, supposed to be the Union Beach specimen leader.

Union Beach. —A small quantity of specimens to-day.

The Kapanga got a small lot of specimens from the main lode.

The Coromandel Mail is defunct. MiBrowne has lost considerably, all his earnings by writing for Australian papers being absorbed in keeping the Mail afloat.
