RESIDENT MAGISTEATE'S COURT

THIS DAY. (Before W. Eraser Esq., E.M.) DEUNKEN.NESS. Martin Glynn was again charged with being drunk and incapable in Willoughby street, Shortknd, on the 17th insfc.

Defendant pleaded guilty. He said he would go away to-morrow if he was let off. Ir His Worship would fine him 10s and let him off he would go. Eemanded till to morrow. VAGRANCY. The same defendant was charged with a breach of the Vagrant Act by having been three times previously convicted of drunkenness. This charge was also remanded. Court adjourned.
